Common Goods is a multidisciplinary studio founded by Esme and Fan. We create functional and decorative pieces in small batches using clay, leather, or other found and up-cycled materials. We take inspirations from the art and philosophy of the Song dynasty, forms found in nature, as well as ancient artifacts. We aim to create timeless pieces that encourage a sense of ritual. Whether it be flower vases that inspire you to create unique flower arrangements or a simple cup that enhance your morning coffee experience. We hope that our work could help both the maker and the user to slow down and savour even the most mundane moments in our day to day life.
